6. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Tuft Love Gallery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Tuft Love Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers.
  • Weather.
  • Natural disasters.
  • Holidays.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within the 24 hour timeframe specified in our Order Cancellation Policy.

Once an order has entered production, been customized, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

9. Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our applicable refund, return, cancellation, and damaged-item policies.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

10. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

If Tuft Love Gallery offers customized, personalized, or made-to-order products, these products may have different processing, cancellation, return, or refund requirements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting an order.

Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tuft Love Gallery website, including logos, brand names, graphics, photographs, artwork, product designs, text, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Tuft Love Gallery unless otherwise stated.
