PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Tuft Love Gallery! We appreciate your support and can’t wait for you to receive your order. 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days after payment is successfully received.

Made-to-order and custom products may require additional processing time. The estimated processing time will be noted on the product listing whenever applicable.

Please note that business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

During launches, sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

SHIPPING

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Tuft Love Gallery is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships, when available.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver the package.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.

For packages that appear to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist with the next steps.

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the package and damaged item and contact us promptly.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their country.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and are outside of Tuft Love Gallery’s control.
