No Return Policy
At Tuft Love Gallery, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are made to order or specially produced for your purchase, all sales are final.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong item.
Please carefully review your order, product description, measurements, colors, and size information before completing your purchase.
REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Tuft Love Gallery! We want every order to arrive safely and in excellent condition.
REFUNDS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING-RELATED ISSUES
Tuft Love Gallery only offers refunds when an order is:
- Lost by the shipping carrier, or
- Damaged during transit by the shipping carrier
Refunds are not available for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect product selection, sizing preferences, or other reasons unrelated to loss or damage during shipping.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@tuftgallery.com within 7 days of delivery.
To help us process your claim, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Clear photos of the shipping package and any visible damage
- Any additional information requested regarding the shipment
We may require photographs or other documentation to verify that the damage occurred during shipping.
LOST ORDERS
If your package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
A refund will be considered once the carrier confirms that the package is lost or the shipment meets the carrier’s requirements for a lost-package claim.
A package that is delayed or still in transit does not automatically qualify as lost.
REFUND PROCESS
Once the shipping-related claim has been reviewed and approved, the eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
IMPORTANT
Tuft Love Gallery is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer do not qualify for a refund under this policy.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Thank you for choosing Tuft Love Gallery! We begin processing orders promptly so we can get your products to you as quickly as possible.
CANCELLATION WINDOW
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already entered processing or production.
After the 24-hour cancellation window, orders cannot be canceled because they may already be in processing, production, or preparation for shipment.
PRODUCTS
Please carefully review all customization details, product selections, sizes, colors, and shipping information before submitting your order.
HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION
To request a cancellation, contact Tuft Love Gallery at info@tuftlovegallery.com as soon as possible and provide:
- Your order number
- Name used when placing the order
- Email address associated with the order
- Reason for the cancellation
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled. We will confirm whether the order is still eligible for cancellation.
APPROVED CANCELLATIONS
If your cancellation request is approved, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

AFTER AN ORDER SHIPS
Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
